How long have you been in business?
I've been in the garage door industry for 8 years. I started my own company a little over 1 year ago.

How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
I worked for a large company and learned a lot about installation, repair, and service. I've always had the drive to run my own business. Once I was confident I could provide excellent service to clients, I started my journey to run my own business.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I saw what large overhead for the larger companies can do to the cost of labor and materials. I keep my overhead as low as the law will allow and pass those saving to my clients.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
Just one right now planning for the next 5 years to have 2.

What is the best compliment anyone can give you?
Being happy with their new door. It's a process and it's a huge facelift to your home. With many style and design options. I'm happy when it all comes together and the clients are happy with their decision.
